Terms and Conditions of use

Delivery is to selected countries only.

UK deliveries are either made by Royal mail first class, second class, special delivery or courier depending on customer preference. International deliveries are made by air mail.

First class delivery is available for orders of upto 2 kgs. Royal mail aim to deliver within 1-2 working days.

Second class delivery is available for orders of upto 2 kgs. Royal mail aim to deliver within 3 working days.

Special delivery is available for orders of upto 2 kgs. Royal mail aim to deliver next working day (see Royal mail website for full details www.royalmail.com/delivery/business-delivery-options-uk/special-delivery-next-day). In order to meet the next day deadline orders must be placed before 2:30pm (Mon-Thu only) to ensure same day dispatch. Please note for orders dispatched on Fridays Royal mail do not guarantee Saturday delivery. We will email you tracking details for your order once it has been dispatched. These can also be viewed on your account.

Free economy UK delivery is available for all orders over £95.  We reserve the right to decide whether the goods are dispatched by either second class royal mail post or by courier.  All orders weighing more than 2KG will be dispatched by courier.  If we dispatch your order by courier, we will inform you of the courier’s tracking details.

Please note orders containing items which are "made to order" - e.g. Paper flowers may still be subject to a lead time as specified on the website.

Courier deliveries are available for orders in the range of 2-10 kg and are undertaken by a courier of our choosing. Once an item has been dispatched you will be provided with tracking details via email. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. Where courier delivery has been selected, we may at our own discretion upgrade the delivery to Royal Mail. Please provide a mobile phone number when ordering by courier.

International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked Air mail delivery. This service is available for orders of upto 2 kgs - delivery times depend on the destination country. (see Royal mail website for full details www.Royalmail.com).  Larger orders will be sent via a courier selected depending on the country of destination.  If this is not possible due to size and/or weight of the order then the order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.  All customs details will be completed and attached to the order.  Duties may be charged to the  customer from their own customs agency depending on the country of destination and the value of the order.  Please bear this in mind before ordering.

We aim to despatch orders on the same day or next working day, unless stated otherwise for specific made to order products. Larger parcels have to be collected by courier and can take longer.

We will notify you of any change of delivery by e-mail or telephone providing that we have your correct details with the order.
For delivery charges please refer to your checkout basket or order receipt.

Undelivered orders

In order to confirm that an order shipped via post has indeed been lost, For UK orders we must wait 15 working days (3 weeks), for European orders 20 working days (4 weeks) and for all other international orders 25 working days (5 weeks) before claiming against the Royal mail.  Most lost orders are located within the postal system within this period of time. If after the appropriate number of working days you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number and we will either arrange to resend or refund your order.  There is an upper time limit of 4 months to provide us with all reasonable information and assistance to register a claim with the carrier.


Should you be unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason you may contact us using the contact form and as long as it is within 7 days of the date that the order was delivered to you, you will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the goods as long as the goods are returned in their original packaging, complete and unused.  Please note we DO NOT accept returns for Pompoms all of which are made to order. We do not refund delivery charges for correctly supplied goods.

Please note that you are responsible for the return of any items and Mad dogs cannot accept responsibility until we receive the goods. You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning any goods to us.
Should any parts be missing, damaged or consumable items be used in whole or part, we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund due to you for the whole value of the missing, damaged or consumable item.
Any refund will only be credited to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase and will only be made after we have received the goods and they have been inspected and confirmed as satisfactory by us.
Please allow 14 days for the refund to reach your account. Please note that this guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights.
If you have received a faulty product or item you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery of any faults or defects, describing any problems that you are experiencing.
Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery
You are responsible for any costs incurred returning goods to us. However, we are responsible for the cost of returning repaired or replacement goods to you. Responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it.
Goods returned must be adequately addressed and packaged so as to prevent any damage.
This warranty covers any faults or defects that are due to faulty design, manufacture or workmanship. It does not cover against misuse, neglect, wilful damage, modification, adaptation, overloading or repair unless authorized by us in writing.
Consumable items such as batteries, lamps, fuses etc. are not provided for under this warranty. Goods returned under this warranty may be repaired or replaced with goods of similar specification at our discretion.
Goods provided as replacement may be reconditioned as opposed to new. Goods will not be repaired or replaced until such time as any sums due to us in respect of those goods have been paid in full.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

In the event that you send an order by means of this web site for any goods or services, your order shall constitute an offer for those goods or services selected. Mad dogs is not obliged to accept your order.
